New York, March 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Univest Securities, LLC, today announced the closing of a registered direct offering of $14 million for its client Meiwu Technology Co Ltd (NASDAQ: WNW)

Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to sell to certain investors an aggregate of 6,999,996 of the Company’s ordinary shares, no par value each at a purchase price of $2.00 per share in a registered direct offering. The Company also agreed to issue to the same investors warrants to purchase up to 6,999,996 ordinary shares at an exercise price of $2.00 per share. The Warrants have a 1-year term from the date of issuance. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company were $14 million. Univest Securities, LLC acted as the sole placement agent.
