Charles joined Univest Securities in 2020. As Vice President in the Capital Markets Division, he is responsible for the execution of financings including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, CMPOs, PIPEs and Registered Direct offerings. Prior to Univest, he was an Account Executive at Aegis Capital for seven years.
Charles studied at Holderness School in New Hampshire and Fordham University in New York City. He maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations.
