Investment Banking Analyst Intern — Summer 2024

Job Duties:

• Conduct financial analysis, research, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other transactions.
• Assist in preparing pitch books and client presentations, support transaction execution, and communicate with clients.
• Monitoring market trends, complying with regulations, and collaborating with team members are also key responsibilities.
• Participate in professional development activities and handle administrative tasks to contribute to the efficient operation of the investment banking team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Finance major;
• 6 months of experience in the same or a related position.
