Quinn is a seasoned investment banker with Univest Securities, where she has been a key contributor since 2019. With experience in transactions exceeding $1 billion across a diverse range of financial vehicles, she specializes in the APAC region as one of the firm’s lead bankers. Quinn plays a pivotal role in executing and underwriting IPOs, Private Placements, Follow-on Offerings, and Registered Directs.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Quinn obtained her Series 24 license in 2023, allowing her to oversee and supervise the investment banking department. Prior to joining Univest, she gained extensive experience across Equity Research, Wealth Management, and Risk Management at various financial institutions.
Quinn maintains FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
