Scarlett obtained her Master’s degree of Integrated Marketing from New York University, and her Bachelor’s degree of Finance from Seton Hall University, the Stillman School of Business. She is experienced in client management, private sales tractions, and stock trading. She maintains FINRA Series 4, 7, 27, and 63 licenses.
